Ingredients:
Fresh Tuna Steaks ( 3/4" Thick )
1 12oz. Bottle of Mini's Southern Tangy BBQ Sauce & Marinade
Smoking Chips ( Hickory, Mesquite, etc. )
Instructions:
Marinate Tuna Steaks for 3-4 hours at room temperature with a 12oz. bottle of Mini's BBQ Sauce & Marinade
Turn every 30 minutes.
30 minutes prior to cooking, put wood chips in water to soak
Fire up the grill/smoker.
place chips accordingly so that the smoke permeates the Tuna Steaks.
Cook the Steaks for 15-20 minutes, turning each steak occasionally. * DO NOT OVERCOOK*
Serve with a side of Minis on the side to dip, along with any fresh veggies you desire.
